Short version: we ship the work described in your engagement, you pay on the schedule below, either of us can end a monthly agreement with notice, and we never promise a revenue figure.
The scope named in your engagement — Ghost System or Ghost Care — as described on the pricing page on the day you bought it. Scope changes get quoted before work starts, in writing.
Ghost System $4,997. Ghost Care $497 monthly or $4,970/year upfront, no setup fee. Optional Ghost Care Priority add-on $97/mo. The Job Leak Scorecard and the 15-minute call are free. Month one of Ghost Care is included in the Ghost System price. Invoices are due on receipt. Work pauses if an invoice goes 14 days past due.
Ghost Care: cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you’ve paid for (annual prepaid runs through the year paid). Ghost System: if you cancel after work has begun, you pay for what’s been delivered and keep it.
Everything we make for you, once it’s paid for: the site, the copy, the automations, the accounts. We keep the right to describe the work publicly only if you agree in writing, by name.
A revenue figure, a ranking position, or a lead volume. We promise the work described, shipped, reviewed by a person. Anyone promising you a number is guessing.
