Privacy

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, business details, entry answers, source tags, rules acceptance and separate messaging permissions. We use our database to maintain entry, consent and drawing records, and GoHighLevel to deliver entry and result notices. Optional promotional emails and texts require separate permission and do not affect entry or odds. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; use your private receipt to withdraw optional marketing permission. Giveaway pages are excluded from optional site analytics. Records are retained as needed to administer the promotion, answer disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Requests about these records can be sent to privacy@serviceghost.ai.

For a scorecard or inquiry, we collect the form details you submit. Stripe holds payment details for a paid report or service. If you allow optional tracking, we store a preference cookie for 180 days and a first-touch source cookie for up to 90 days; the latter can include UTM tags, gclid, fbclid, landing path and referrer. Analytics providers may set their own cookies. Declining optional tracking stops these scripts from loading on later visits. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal also keeps optional tracking off.

We use form and payment records to respond to requests, deliver reports and client work, and keep business records. With your separate permission, we may send marketing messages. If you allow optional tracking, we use visit and confirmed lead events to understand advertising and site performance. A button click or confirmation page view is not treated as a booked call or payment.

Service providers include GoHighLevel for contacts and messages, our database and email providers, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and AI providers for requested reports. The Widgo chat widget loads on ordinary marketing pages so visitors can start a conversation; its provider can receive technical connection data and information you choose to enter in chat. Widgo and optional trackers are excluded from prefill, report and booking-confirmation URLs. With optional tracking allowed and no Global Privacy Control signal, PostHog, ELU and Whop may process site activity. On eligible pages under that same condition, the active Meta browser Pixel sends page views; after a form record is saved, it sends a Lead or Contact event with an opaque event ID and no raw form answers or contact details. After a saved form record, the active Meta server integration makes a best-effort matching event attempt under that same condition, with a hashed email, browser identifiers and technical connection data. Advertising data sharing may have different legal treatment from a sale of contact records.

We keep records for the period needed to provide the requested service and meet applicable business or legal obligations. The optional tracking preference lasts up to 180 days and the first-touch source cookie up to 90 days unless you change your choice or clear your browser data.
