Short version: we collect the address of your website, your name, and your email, so we can send you one report. We don't sell it, we don't add you to a list, and you can have it deleted by asking.
When you request a scorecard: the website address you enter, your name, and your email address. When you become a client: billing details held by our payment processor, and access to the marketing accounts you choose to connect. We do not use tracking pixels from advertising networks on this site. Analytics are first-party and record page views without cross-site ad identifiers.
To produce and send the scorecard you asked for, to deliver work you have paid for, and to keep records our accountant needs. Nothing else. We will not email you about anything you didn’t ask for.
Processors only — email delivery, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for language models with no training on your data. Nobody else receives your information, and we have never sold a record.
Scorecard requests: 12 months, then deleted. Client records: 7 years, because tax law requires it. Ask us to delete a scorecard request earlier and we will, same day.
You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it erased. Write to privacy@serviceghost.ai. We answer within 5 working days.
